These terms apply when you buy or use a Formato pack. Questions go to the address on the contact page.
What you buy
A pack is a digital download: a set of instructions, templates and scripts that your own AI agent (such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor) uses to make videos on your computer. The box set contains all three packs.
The license
- You may use the pack yourself, or inside your company or team, on any number of your own projects.
- You may not resell, share or publish the pack or its files, in whole or in part.
- The videos you make with it are yours. You are responsible for the material you put in them and for the rights to it.
What you need
You need your own agent and accounts with the AI and voice providers a pack names. Their usage is billed by them, not by Formato. Some packs use open-source tools that carry their own licenses; each pack lists them, and you are responsible for following them.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may be converted to your currency at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe.
Delivery and refunds
The download is available right after payment, and Stripe emails your receipt. If it isn't for you, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back.
No guarantee of results
Agents and AI models change often. We keep the packs working with current agents, but we can't promise a specific result, view count or revenue. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
