Questions

Do I need footage?

No. The agent researches the subject, writes the script, records the voice and builds every scene from real photos of the real thing.

How long does one reel take?

Hours rather than minutes: many agents research, build and review the scenes in parallel. The reel on this page took one session of about three hours.

What computer do I need?

One that runs your agent and renders video. Reelforge runs several agents at once, so more memory makes it faster.

What do I need?

An AI coding agent on your computer (Claude Code, Codex or Cursor) and a subject. Reelforge also needs a voice key from ElevenLabs, OpenAI or Fish Audio.

Who pays for the AI usage?

You do, through your own agent plan and provider keys. Formato is a one-time purchase and never bills you for usage.

Which languages does it work in?

Reelforge's captions are in English today. Each pack lists its languages on its own page.
