How to make motion ads with an AI coding agent
A clear message, built from the brand’s own material.
A motion-ad workflow turns a brand brief into animated scenes, then renders the result for the intended placement. Your coding agent can help build and revise the scenes, but the brief and review determine whether the ad communicates anything. Start with one message and real assets.
№001Bring a useful brand kit
- The actual logo and permitted artwork.
- Colors and fonts, including permission to use the font.
- The product detail or offer the ad should communicate.
- Evidence for any number or performance claim.
- A few references with a note about what you like.
A reference is useful for rhythm, framing or a storytelling device. It is not permission to copy another brand’s art or footage. Give the agent your own product material so the result can belong to the brand.
Make the concept earn the render
Develop a motion ad for [brand] around [one message]. Inspect the supplied brand assets and verified claims. Study the references for storytelling and pacing, not for copying. Propose three distinct concepts with the first three seconds and final action described. Recommend one, explain why, and stop for approval before building or making paid calls.
Review in three passes

| Pass | Question | Useful output |
|---|---|---|
| Concept | Is the message clear and distinct? | A short script or storyboard |
| Scene | Do the visuals belong to this brand? | A representative still or short sequence |
| Film | Does it work at the placement’s size and pace? | A complete render with sound |
Motion Ads includes original-concept guidance and four reusable ad-template directions. Its documented outputs include vertical, square and landscape formats. Do not assume one composition will work at all sizes: text length, focal point and pacing should be reviewed in each export.
Check cost and rendering requirements
The templates do not require a generation API key. Optional fal features can add voice, music or images, with separate usage costs. The workflow uses Remotion, so check its current license conditions for your company before using the renderer commercially.

Is it a screen-recording workflow?
Motion Ads is focused on animated brand material and concepts. For editing an existing product recording, an editing workflow may be a better fit.
Can I publish the render immediately?
Watch it first, check claims and media rights, and review the actual export size. A render finishing is a technical step, not creative approval.
